To impart quality education to our Student-teachers for all round development of personality in order to flourish them into responsible and effective teachers.
To set rigorous Academic standard and giving them the support they need, to enable them to discover their own inherent capabilities and thus preparing them to face the challenging world.
To inculcate good moral character and personality, training for healthy family life, preparing for vocation and profession and developing aptitude for community participation and Leadership.
To render Academic and Resource support at the grassroots level for the success of various strategies and programmes being undertaken at the elementary level in the district.
Monitor and conduct specialized in-service training such as Leadership, Evaluation and assessment, Inclusive education, ICT, Gender sensitization etc.
Conduct training for Headmasters, CRCCs, BRCCs, ABEOs, Master resource persons.
To coordinate between BRCCs, CRCCs and NGOs in the district who are contributing in the area of teacher training.
To mentor schools and take up innovations and action research in learning process.
To provide support in developing School Development Plan (SDP) and Teacher Professional Development (TPD).
