• Planning meeting in collaboration with SSA
• Creation of Master Resource Persons (MRPs) in different subjects like Mathematics, Science, Odia, English, History, Geography etc.
• Capacity building programme for Master Resource Persons(MRPs) in split design model.
• Action research in collaboration with teachers.
• Capacity building of teachers, Cluster Resource Center Co-coordinators (CRCCS), HM through mentoring and providing on-site support.
