• Ensuring Quality Learning In Elementary Schools And DIET
• Conduct in-service and pre–service training programme for elementary teacher to strengthen the capacity of the teacher
• Providing academic support to BEOs, ABEOs, CRCC, Head teachers, teachers and Anganwadi workers and other stake holders and also acquaint them with the changing context in content and pedagogy
• Preparing a base for creating a Learning Society in the district
• Conduct action research on different educational issues and sharing of the finding to different stakeholders
• Providing resource support to elementary teachers and schools
• Preparation of educational plan for the district
